About Lynn


A native French Canadian and mother of 2 girls, Lynn Tardif has made her mark in the Southern California fitness industry over the last 5 years. She is a dynamic instructor, trainer and known for her high energy and wide range of teaching styles. Having spent the last decade studying, practicing and teaching many modalities (cardio, strength, TRX, yoga) she has created her own style of training customized to her clients special profiles and strengths.

Having lived in 5 countries she has instructed fitness classes at many prestigious clubs including California’s #1 Spa Rancho Valencia, The Bay Club of Carmel Valley, FIT Solana Beach, CRUNCH, Madonna’s Hard Candy Boutique Gym, Mexico’s Club Mundet and The Peaks Resort in Telluride. She has also worked as a Master Trainer for Pound Rockout Workout and Savvier Fitness. She is an amateur triathlete and has completed an Ironman and over 10 half Ironmans.
